Ribermold developed a mold for the production of SIM card fo mobiles phones. The project consisted in the production of a mold in wich the card is injected , the separation and reassembly of The Nano, Micro, Sim Formats is done internally with the mold closed, when opening the mold the card comes out wih the assembly of the 3 formats and in this way ready to receive the chip.

This innovation allows a better finish when cutting the card and a high dimensional precision , as well as a reduction in production costs.
