To avoid using more than 1 injection machine, external assemblies, welding, and high rejection taxes, VL Moldes developed a tool process that allow just with 1 mold/1 injection machine/2 injection units and a rotary table, join 2 different products, and weld them in one complete injection cycle (1 shot 1 complete product). This is possible by bring the technology inside the mold, rotating the mold on the ejection side and do self-rotating of the mold on the injection side.

With our development we eliminate 1 injection machine, 1 mold, external ultrasonic welding, increased the product quality and decreasing the rejection taxes and consequently improve cost efficiency, all thanks to innovative engineering, integrated solutions, advanced engineering, innovation processes, agregating operation in the mold and cost reduction.
